you guys misunderstood the video. the main idea of what these people are talking about is that students should elaborate on what they mean and show enthusiasm. If there is an opportunity given to you to present yourself, you must take it. This video does not give you a cheat sheet to ace these interviews, instead it gives you the basic outline of what most universities look for, and then gives an example student.

It's mostly an explanation as to why vague answers aren't very useful or persuasive.
Strangely Ive just watched another interview where you are told it doesnt matter what you wear, if you shake hands etc.

Gulnaz Taiyp kyzy well i think your question is very practical, especially for people who attend interviews from different parts of the world. should a woman behave any differently from a man? in most cases the general idea would be a yes, according to a research recently published by the Interview Channel, that it is important for the two genders to play different roles in order to keep the society in a balanced and sustained status. however, there also has been evidence in job markets that interviewers prefer female interviewees who impress them with more professional appearance by showing their strength and confidence, people who are willing to prove they are nothing less than their male competitors. I think this would remain a topic worthy of discussion, and in my personal experience it would come down to the person who interviews and is dependent to the case environment.
