The lines how did you paint those lines? Did you first Peter silver then pull up the lane tape then paint black? I believe that is how I’m going to try.
The modification I made and posted online are made using Tamiya original parts made for F1 parts of different years. The result is great at the track. The car is stable also entering the corners, the black sheep of rear traction pan cars. I modified the carbon rear shaft in order to adjust it to the blue component ed taken from more recent f103 chassis. The complete job is a little bit tricky but works fine ✔️
I found the good year eagle mask in my hobby local shop. It was the last and I don’t know if you can still find online. I think it will be almost impossible

Hi. The lines are made with black tape 1mm made by Kyosho. You can find on eBay as I did.
So do you not recommend the tire clamp and what is the problem that the grub screw is too short or is it that the shaft is too short I’m not following
