    Worked like a beauty. One tip for others: Make sure your text has no formatting when you paste it into Shotcut.

    Pretty cool that Shotcut has it's own grid. I'm familiar with this tool/option and it's called a mesh tool in another program I use. Thanks for all the tips.

    Thank you :-D ! Thumbs up!
    It is to bad there is not that true 3D simulation in this facility (yet). Here it is one line in and evenly next line goes out, ultimately compresses and dissappears in the top of a piramide.
    While true 3D means more lines come in big at bottom and slowly compress at the top till unreadable, but stay on screen.
    Hope some day this will be build in, that would be great!

    Hi Ben I read some time back somewhere that you had made a video on scrolling text. So I went looking for it and found this video not sure why you’ve got no speaking in it but it’s really difficult to watch it on a pad I’ll check later on to see what it’s like on my laptop.
    Do you still have the version that you talk it through the scrolling text rather than just the music and keystrokes from the keyboard if you could post the original link and appreciated.
    Cheers G

      Sorry I don't have a talkie for this tutorial. Typically if the tip is easy and lasts around 5 minutes, I just demonstrate. Maybe I'll make one in the future.

    • @BenEspanto
      @BenEspanto  3 года назад +1

      Dark shade? Like a background color? You can set the background of the text to transparent, in the text filter

    Hi Ben. How to change / control the speed of text scrolling?

    • @Milo_Estobar
      @Milo_Estobar 3 года назад +3

      the keyframe between starting and ending need to be further... for slower.. nearer for faster...

    • @BenEspanto
      @BenEspanto  3 года назад +1

      Play around with the keyframes to change speed
