Jennifer Howlett I totally agree. Sometimes I get a little carried away in my description, and it slips my mind, but I usually try to get a wrist shot in. Dang it!
Its a very nice looking watch but the only reason im not sure if i want to buy it is the mineral crystal. I know that citizen says that sapphire shutters easyer than mineral but can they explain why the higher end model cirrus has sapphire? ;)
Help please help me! What is the difference from this model and the 06E with black and yellow? Why is this model more expensive than that one what does this one have that the other does not? Please someone tell me I need to decide which one to get!
Well now that you has see both BN5030-06E and BN5035-02F which one you think is beter looking? :) And actually do they have any deferences except the color? The BN5035-02F has DLC and BN5030-06E has not? Does DLC makes Ti harder?
sagal sagap No, I don't believe one is harder than the other, but I think they are supposed to be harder than Ti without the coating. Although, I think of TI as pretty hard already. Personally, I like the yellow dial with the silver case better. It looks a little more dressy and high tech to me.
Peter, I am having trouble deciding between this version and the "plain" version. I have only seen them via internet. I like the look of the plain version, but feel like I am missing something without the DLC. In person, does the orange one seem like a nicer watch, or no big deal.
Meerkat Interesting question. Go with whatever "moves" you more! Both are great watches. Personally, between the red version (here) and the yellow version (a different video), I personally prefer the yellow. I like the metal finish on the case, the yellow in the dial looks more sporty to me. It's the best balance between a sports and a professional watch.
Peter von Panda Thanks Panda, I have not given the yellow a serious look yet. But I will. I really don't like the red(orange) at all. So I will most likely get the "plain". Could you give a link to your video with the yellow bezel . I could not find it.
Meerkat I think I know why I could not find the video for the yellow... I think Peter is calling the version without DLC and the black interior bezel, the yellow one. I have seen another altichron with a yellow interior bezel, which I thought he was referring to. I tried on the one in this video today. I loved it, even though I thought I would not like the orange. It felt great, weight and band.
I don't have any scratches yet either, but I have several watches with minerals crystals and they just tend to get scratched over time. Sapphire is better but you have to get the Altichron Cirrus to get the sapphire and it's a $2000 watch so it's hard to justify.
Good day Peter, I want to purchase this watch. I wanted to know how reliable is the website jomashop? they seem to have the best price have you ever purchased from them? Also i wanted to inbox this message but i couldn't find where to do that.
Gray market dealers are not authorized dealers so they usually can sell much cheaper but usually can't offer a factory warranty either. I've bought lots of gray market watches.
You should put the watch on your wrist to give people a perspective of how big it is.

Jennifer Chiavone hayy
Love this watch, had a couple Suunto Ambit's an they're great but really like the look/ simplicity of this model.
depellerinluc Suunto's are really cool! I just wish they had a solar powered one.
i beleieve the black case is titanium, i just purchased one online and the case is titanium with the red inner ring, its not a coating.
Its a very nice looking watch but the only reason im not sure if i want to buy it is the mineral crystal. I know that citizen says that sapphire shutters easyer than mineral but can they explain why the higher end model cirrus has sapphire? ;)
sagal sagap I agree. I wish they had included a sapphire crystal on both.
Nice review and watch,it's such a shame it didn't have a better movement
People said the same thing about me at the homecoming dance.
Peter von Panda Hahaha..well i guess the difference is you can actually stop the watch, they probably couldn't stop you even if they tried.

Hello, I have one and wanted to know if it gives depth in the water ???? Thank you

Do you have a link to the video of you changing the strap on this?
Did you say the crystal scratches easily? I have the silver one and narry a scratch. These are $800. watches and I feel they are better than that.

I haven't purchased from jomashop myself but I've heard it's a reputable site for gray market watches, but I can't talk from personal experience.
Thanks +Peter von Panda whats a grey market watch?
