Also, I cook the food with olive oil or coco nut oil. No need to spend 2 million dollars a year to have doctors around me monitoring everything is going on inside my body or taking insane amounts ( and expensive) supplements. I’m not trying to be a troll , but this guy is just obsessed with a concept that is already known in many cultures around the world . Stay active, move around more, don’t eat much, try to sleep at least 6-7 hours a day, eat healthy, etc.
