I’m 14 and have never cared about sports. I remember in my PE classes in elementary and middle school, I was that one quiet kid who’d kinda just stand in place and not really do anything when we’d play sports to avoid embarrassing myself. Now that I’ve entered high school, I’ve become extremely interested in basketball, and really wanna getting into playing it. So here I am, staring with the basics. Idk if it’s too late to get good, but why not try. :)

You're 14( 15 now, I'm guessing) and you think that it's too late to get good at basketball?
Well, not to worry, it isn't too late for you to still get good at playing basketball. There have been people who didn't learn how to play basketball until they were in their twenties, their thirties, their forties and even their fifties. I'm 41 and I just start learning how to play the game( but for me, I'm learning how to play for fun and not for a team or professionally) . Dikembe Mutombo didn't start playing basketball until his was 17 and Dennis Rodman didn't start playing until he was 21( and he didn't get drafted into the NBA until he was 25)! So, no it isn't too late for you get really good at basketball at all! All the best of luck!

16, male and living in the UK. I've always loved football (talking about soccer) but recently I've fallen in love with all things basketball and wanna go pro. Idk if that means NBA, only time and hard work can tell you that but I just wanna say thank you in advance. Tutorials like this really give me hope that I can really maximise the enjoyment I find in basketball!
