This dude is likevan angel sent from heaven,with in the last 2 months of listening to every video he has I quit a 20 yr weed addiction, started writing 2 books, joggin with a 50 pound vest on 5 days a week in the morning, renewed my commercial cleaning license, growing my landscape and painting business ,like really devoted to taking everything to the next level, wanting it as bad as I want to breath, God bless you ET , you got my so open on being the best version of me I can possibly be!

I stopped watching ET for a couple of months. Why? not because he was doing anything "wrong", but because I am working on a book. The book has been to the publisher for review and is back for my final edits. So Why then, stop listening to ET? Because every time I listened to ET, I felt bad about myself because I knew I should be working on the book. BUT...I found I am losing steam. I work, but I struggle to dedicate my 120% to the project, so I came here and BOOM! Slap in the face, wake up call, shot in the arm...I don't care what you call it, but I think GOD spoke to me through Dr. T and said " I am not done with you yet. Now finish that little project so I can get you on the REAL stuff I have for you"
I've learned two things from studying you Dr. E. 1)When your videos come out you cant just listen to them, you have to participate and interact with it- meaning write it down and 2) if you miss one TGIM you have to go back and watch it, because even if the TGIM may not be sequential, the information is in such a way that you miss one, you miss the whole thing, it is like skipping class. I am a terrible student in this case and in life. I don't blame my environment, my anxiety, my peers, family or anything but myself for it those other things are just the results of my actions and inactions. Right now I am not myself and I know I need a bit of guidance, what I've found is that every time I leave my environment(in my case my state) I feel so good I have visions of exactly what I want but when I am back in it, specifically when I am back home, I feel anxious ad not myself, I feel really disconnected. Even when I know I should do something, it takes me so much longer to do that thing and focus on it and my problem is I know I have to go but I have no idea where. I know what I want to do in life but I have only scratched the surface and need some guidance just to get started. Whatever the case I will keep working but instead of operating on 80% like I usually do, I want to relearn how to operate at 100%,how to manage my time, and how to sell myself(market) to get those things that I need(because some of the resources are pretty expensive but I have learned to adapt to what I have currently, and also that what I have, now, is a manifestation of who I am now) I'm hungry though and I feel a bit stuck between a winner and a loser. Anyways thank you and have a good one. I know that somehow I'll figure something out but the first step is to get out of here and that's where I need help (with the how to get out of here)
+Youri St Jean I guess I'd ask, where is the "here". Outside of your current environment? There are many ways to do that. And if so, what is keeping you from changing your environment longer term?
+New Future Builder I have a terrible gpa its a 2.37 and this is my last semester at my community college before I graduate. The last 3 semesters my GPA has been slipping because I am finding it harder to cope with my anxiety which has been increasing from just being in an environment that I know I do not belong in for the last 6 years(I am 20 now) . My goal is to transfer to a new school this fall, and play soccer as that is my life's goal, but every time I have gotten in a school I have either found that I could not afford it or that it was not the right school for me. I applied to a lot of schools that have y major and soccer. I have had 3 failed semester's worth of transferring. I just need to know how it is I can afford to pay for the school(I have a job, I am applying for scholarships online and looking for other opportunities and I use financial aid but I know that I might still have to contribute which is what always keeps me from going because of how much I have versus how much is needed), how to find the right school for me (I do the visit's , I talk to the rep's but still have not found anything for me that feels right) these are the things that keep me from leaving my environment(I know they're excuses but I need help to figure out the answer to this) . I do not know my right environment.
You have changed my life, I use to smoke weed everyday and not pay attention in class. I have 360ed my life around and in physical shape, I quit smoking and I have a vision and a dream I am turning into a reality. Thank you ET for showing me that I am capable of achieving anything.

Yassssssaaaa!!! I'm blasting this at home! My husband and I have 2 teenage boys who are slacking hard!! Both in academics and personal ambition. We have talked, punished, family meetings the whole 9! Maybe if they hear this from a 3rd party it will spark something in them...thanks ET!

This one is for the GRINDERS now. At least the dreamers. I don't know what perfect is, but I know what the perfect GRIND looks like. It is relentless. In the end you will do whatever you feel is most important. The question is what is most important to you? Is it the success or sleep? Is it the nightlife or your family? Im not saying one is more important than the other. Personally, I don't know, but I do know that you want and what you think is important have to be congruent if you ever want to achieve fulfillment.
