I was fortunate. When this history surfaced in my 50’s I found a therapist who’d been raped by her father. Horrific yes, but her compassion and understanding and knowing support was pivotal in my healing. I don’t know if you’re ever fully healed but you can find peace by honoring the process ✌🏻

Absolutely loved this episode. Many truths have been said, the most important was that you and only you can know how to balance yourself and to find your path in life. In my experience, many people will try to lure you in to take their path, simply because they don't want to walk alone or they are afraid of relying on solely themselves when they have to make decisions so they need constant companions. Walking someone elese's path can be a source of the unexplained surges of negative emotions and anger as the Universe is trying to tell you that you have get back to your own path. Of course this is not the only reason why someone can experience sudden negative emotions and anger, but it is one the reasons.

Also I've had profound healing by when anger, rage, jealousy, etc comes up I imagine I'm comforting my child, teenage or adult self (however she shows up lol) and I know it has worked wonderfully because of the results but also I had originally just been dealing w my child self but then one day, when I did this practice (after a couple months of daily practice) a smiling, young adult version of me showed up and I wasn't choosing that version, it just showed up and that spoke so much to me... I appreciate this episode and the guest speaker but as a sex trafficking survivor as well I completely disagree: “Sound of Freedom” is not a good movie in a sense that the subliminal program of the movie is that militant christianity is the solution to modern human trafficking when the reality is that militant christianity is behind human trafficking. Part of getting out of slavery is getting out of the subliminal programs of religions portraying men as the “saviors” and jailing women and humanity to the lower two chakras of the root, basic survival, and the sacral chakra, being a sex object, as in the bible portraying the two main women as either a virgin or prostitute (both sex objects for men.). This is preventing people (particularly women) from getting into the solar plexus chakra of personal power and further up to the heart. Also the sound of freedom portrays white supremacy and male white power and christianity as the savior and shows black and native people as the traffickers. The problem with the abrahamic religions (which are deeply behind the human trafficking) is that they want to pretend like they are saving babies and children and even portray the only good female in the movie as a little girl singing, but the religion itself (the biblical word “testament” coming from testicles, testis) is wiping out the holy word of WOMEN and subliminally programming people to not validate holy women and the word of women, and listen to the stories of women? The religion itself is all about wiping out the feminine and the stories women need to tell. I think the Sound of Freedom is an insidious attempt to bend people right back into slavery, portraying patriarchal slavery and mind control as the solution to sex trafficking.

Yoga mimics emotional conditions in a safe space. Thus you relive past emotions through the activation of the chakras/hormonal glands but feel safe while doing so. This is why yoga is the best trauma-therapy when looking at numbers. I have been doing yoga for 40 years now and am a Yoga-teacher. Malas work similarily: they have 108 beads that represent human emotions which by touching the beads are to be released. But of course Yoga works more effectively as hormones can truly be measured.
The world is enslaved and those are broken from inside due to past mistakes and sins , how can they break free. So many issues. Childhood sexual abuse, bullying, physical abuse etc. weak individuality, negative self belief and mental issues like adhd, dpd, autism etc. most people would prefer to run away , leave the job etc. some may even commit suicide or just waste their life. Where do 8 billion people go? How do we overcome childhood neglect, need for external validation, how do we overcome lack of self trust, how do we trust others?
