Joe Gibbs Racing Repeating Same Mistakes and Cause of Serious Concern in Playoffs

Joe Gibbs Racing has won five NASCAR Cup Series championships. Interestingly, the only driver to win one for the organization in the last 18 years left for Richard Childress Racing in 2023.
This season, the organization has three cars in the Round of 12 and is hoping to add another title to the trophy case. However, over the last couple of seasons, problems on pit road have permeated throughout the organization and bad stops have cost the teams multiple wins. Unfortunately, those issues have continued into this postseason, and based on that fact, there will likely be more problems in the remaining playoff races that could prevent the organization from winning a title yet again.

I'll admit, JGR does make mistakes, due to their inconsistency with picking younger drivers to be in their Cup and Xfinity Series programs. However, their best prospect in recent history is Christopher Bell.
In 77 Xfinity Starts (Full-Time: 2018-2019, Part-Time: 2017, 2021-2022), Bell has 17 Wins, 42 Top 5s, 49 Top 10s, 12 Polls, Led 3,049 of 12,56 Laps (24.641%), 61 Lead Lap Finishes, 12 DNFs, An Average Start of 7.0, An Average Finish of 10.0, An Average Points Finish of 3.5, and A Best Points Finish of 3rd (2019).
In 102+ Cup Starts (2021-2023), Bell has 5 Wins, 27 Top 5s, 52 Top 10s, 9 Polls, Led 1,192 of 34,584 (3,446%), 73 Lead Lap Finishes, 18 DNFs, An Average Start of 7.13, An Average Finish of 14.2, An Average Points Finish of 6.33, and A Best Points Finish of 3rd (2022).

CBell is my driver, but I really believe it's Denny's year. He's showing something different this year, almost like a "Screw you all" type of attitude (like Kyle used to have). Bell has just been unlucky with put crews SINCE he's been at the Cup level. They've cost him MULTIPLE race wins (at least 5), but until the problem gets fixed by Coach, he'll be lucky to make it to Phoenix. MTJ is the consummate Pro, the guy EVERYONE loves to root for, but it still feels like something is missing, a Chemistry, within that team. I'd love to see him make it to Phoenix, but I just don't think he will.

They even gave bell the all star winning pit crew from the 54car. 😂 now the 20 pit crew that is on the 54 is doing better 😂

You can change the pit crews all you want, but the 20 team will still suck regardless
