I put a bunch of sugar cane straws in a gallon ziploc bag and just keep it in my purse. Then refill the bag when I get low. The straws aren’t individually wrapped but I clean my hands before I take the amount we need out of the ziploc. Thank you so much for another wonderful review! I am drooling over how delicious everything looks good! 😋 ps- lmao on the closing! Going to teach my daughter who is 5 yrs old when she gets older that being married is a daily question of how much longer am I going to put up with this 🤪😂. Right now everything is “isn’t that romantic mommy”💜. Love y’all even more now after this closing . 😘xo

I am so glad you two ate here. I wasn't sure how the buffet worked and now I know! Last year I ate here and I had the french toast with apples,it was delicious. Also the sausage was the best sausage I ever had on property. I can't wait to now go here again and try the cheddar biscuits with the sausage gravy. Still going to order the french toast and so excited also to try this buffet!! Thank you!!! And I agree with Michelle- I prefer to dip into the syrup instead of having it drizzled all over my food ( to me it makes it all soggy)

Just wondering why you're hung up on the straws is there a reason you can't drink out of the glass. If we don't get straws we both will drink out of glasses. Just curious.
Toyman70 it all started when we got milkshakes and were given paper straws which did not hold up well. We then had travelers send us biodegradable straws. So then travelers started betting if I would remember them or not. Great question by the way and usually if we do forget we just drink out of the glasses.

I also hate the paper straws and don't like the metal straws on my teeth. I bought a collapsible straw from Final Straw and it has a rubber end so you're not putting the metal on your teeth. They're kind of pricey for straws, but they'll do BOGO every once in a while. You could then just keep it on your key chain or wallet so you always have a straw. Just fair warning the first time you use it or even if you haven't used it in a while it can take a while to be able to suck anything up, I'm guessing that's due to it being collapsible and the inside getting stuck together or something.

We always call paper straws toilet paper rolls. We are NOT fans. We usually bring our own straws. Can't wait until a few places wake up and realize there are better alternatives.
Summer we totally agree. I am thankful that many of the third party dining locations are going to the biodegradable ones. I have them in the car just need to remember them lol. Thank you so much for your support.

We have the reusable straws they are thick plastic so flexible but not floppy found them at Amazon and I keep them in my purse

I got a silicone straw from Target. It came with a case I connect to purse. It’s no bigger than hand sanitizer.

Metal makes my teeth feel funny too, but mostly when it’s at or slightly below full volume

We always call paper straws toilet paper rolls. We are NOT fans. We usually bring our own straws. Can't wait until a few places wake up and realize there are better alternatives.
Summer we totally agree. I am thankful that many of the third party dining locations are going to the biodegradable ones. I have them in the car just need to remember them lol. Thank you so much for your support.
