WHY IS MY GAME SO SMOOTH?:
No my pc is not from Nasa, I'm using a built in screen recorder mod made by the developers of Teardown, the mod takes a screenshot every frame that can later be compiled into a smooth 60fps video that is enjoyable to view for RUclips. The game is actually running quite slow sometimes reaching 3fps or even 1fps during intense scenes such as plane crashes. Even though my videos are only a few minutes long they can take hours to make.

I just read your description, so glad Im not the only one without a NASA PC lol. Soon enough, you will be able to buy a pc that can run it like in the videos! Also, my game gets low fps on max settings alone, usually 1-3 fps. Idk what Im leading up to in this comment, but nice video! Really satisfying and high quality! Keep up the AMAZING work! Also, one question. How much fps do you average before the destruction in tear down?
Some teardown RUclipsrs have an RTX 3090 TI and their pc still cries in 5 fps like a baby after a few thousand broken voxels so I think it will take like 5 - 10 years to make a powerful enough GPU.

Just walking around in the game without destroying anything I get 60fps on max settings (I have a rtx 3070 mobile/laptop, equal to a rtx 2080 desktop)
