I'm pretty sure if you've done like 280/300 pulls on the Mystic Flour and Dark Cacao banner, if you then switch to Burning Spice and Golden Cheese you will have to restart from 0/300. But it doesn't cost anything to try and wait :D
i’m 45 pulls away from the chest… i have NEITHER of the cookies Which do you suggest I get from the chest? MF or DCA? (I don’t have Stormbringer btw so I can’t use her as an alternate or anything)

You can select Dark Lord Cacao since Burning Spice is coming mate and you can only use 1 Beast in Arena 🤗
