PICKLE MASALA POWDER for all types of Pickles

Achar Masala Powder. PICKLE MASALA POWDER
This Masala powder can be used it in any type of Pickles like Mango, Lemon, Mixed Veggies etc. As well as use it in Sabjis, Dals or in Garnishing etc..
●Ingredients:
1cup Kashmiri dry Chilli
powder
2tbsp Thikalal spicy chilli
powder
3tbsp Mustard split
seeds
3tbsp Fenugreek split
seeds
2-3tbdp Soump
2tsp Jeera
2tsp Pepper
1tsp Asafoetida
1/4tsp Turmeric powder
100g Mustard oil or Thill
oil can use while pickling
Salt can be added while
preparing Pickle or can
be added little in the
pickle masala powder.
2tsp Nigella seeds
1tsp Ajwain
