Sorry to hear that Venessa wasn’t feeling well at the outset of the day’s adventure - was wondering when the ol’ travel plague would start to kick in! But glad you both rallied for the train ride to Osaka. I swear, it was like watching the travel montage from ‘Your Name’ but in real life! Love the station mascots, too…and the baths looked absolutely amazing! 😍 Definitely agree that the facade adds a ‘cultural touch’ to the town. Worth hunting for one of the few that allowed you in with the tattoos, would you say? Also, the claw machines look like they’re going to be easy but the terrible reality of the game is that the claw lacks any grip strength - so you have to snag one of the arms on something for your best odds of a win haha Stackers will always be my arcade game of choice, though! ✨ Great vlog, y’all. Riding the trains in Japan was one of my most anticipated things todo while we were there. Doing it through the country side was even more special; it was so pretty. Finding a tattoo friendly onsen town was worth the effort and journey out there; and we really needed more time there. Though I knew that claw machines have a payout threshold, I always want to play them. One day I will hopefully be lucky and play one that is right at its payout point and I will win. 🤣.
