Ironman Copenhagen 2019 - Race Day Guide

This is an Ironman Copenhagen 2019 race day guide from the viewpoint of a triathlete who should have been racing (me) but was hit by a car 3 and a half weeks before the event!
So I've decided that I will conquer Copenhagen in 2020 and, to get an idea of how it all works I immersed myself in the race this year, as a supporter. But rather than just me learning about the race, I thought I'd make a video giving you as much information as I can for you to visualise the race and prepare yourself for 2020 and beyond
