Coming back after Australia destroyed Canada. #Reapect
I just hope matildas make the fans proud
Good Luck
💙ellie💙
This Australians never accepted the fact that Nigeria is a good side. We had good players that are world class. The dominations that they had in the first half was because we over respected them and did not react until they scored. We beat them in the second half when we stood up to them.
“Nail on the head” settings bro. The comment made at the 4:00 mark… “we like to play against a footballing team… a team that plays football…” So what was Nigeria playing when you played them? Ludo or maybe Snake & Ladder!? Smh. Talking about class. You got beat. Beat by world class players. Just because you don’t recognize them as such doesn’t change the fact that they are. Acknowledge that! You got beat.
In sports no such thing as moral victories.
We dominated in every category the entire game except for scoring. Well won, but don’t pretend they went easy on us😂
@@classicdave6204 Carpenter was looking pretty good…her and Rasso coming together to defend was pretty cool to watch, everyone around me at the stadium seemed to think so too lol
Coming back after the were equal to France and beat France 🇦🇺🇦🇺 now everyone is hooked on soccer!
In football, it's essential to show respect for your opponents and acknowledge their efforts. Instead of emphasizing chances created, the Australian side should recognize the Nigerian team's performance and give credit where it's due. Being arrogant serves no purpose; it's about recognizing that the best team wins. While the Matildas were good, the Nigerian side proved to be more clinical. Moving forward, they should focus on their upcoming match against Canada, accept the defeat gracefully, and strive to improve for the future.
They're not focused on Nigeria. They're focused on their own team and winning the World Cup.
Nigeria played a simple game, and player for player were more athletic, faster and more direct. Fundamentally, FFA have stuffed up the strategy and the selection process. The tactics were immaterial in that game. I have yet to hear the Matildas acknowledge mistakes and come up with solutions. This indicates poor mindset and low resilience.
Lol overrated. Nigeria outclassed you. Canada likely to do the same as well.
Australia was the much classier team.
@@AlphabetCookie if you say so. The truth still stands and is reflected in the results.
@AlphabetCookie yeah classier team indeed with 3 points lost ... elimination is the next classier result when they face Canada
@@churchillrhymes4518 tell that to the result lmao
We dominated in every category except scoring. When it came down to it, admittedly Nigeria used the opportunities better than Australia did, but we dominated everywhere else, a great effort all around although our defence was kind of patchy
