So good I bought a second one. I only use my IMS for traditional Italian style shots one in a while. The espresso is so much sweeter with the HE basket. Also just ordered paragon espresso chiller. The shots I’ve chilled with the HE basket were unreal how sweet they were. I was drinking too much coffee.
I have been using the Pesado High Extraction Basket for several weeks now and I noticed a difference after making the very first shot. Difference was better for me!

My comment on the Pesado HE is, the medium size is too small, and it works bad with blended beans. However if you like turbo shot with SOE, it should work better than VST/IMS
Hoon, can you please compare other basket (maybe VST, IMS, etc) with blooming espresso (pre infuse and soak for 30 seconds, then start the pump), and normal espresso from Pesado HE % basket. Because both increase TDS. Thank you.
