You really can't beat old RTS games, but damn if the new ones don't look crisp as hell.

I played with one ally AI versus one enemy AI and still lost. Nice gameplay anyway

@@MuhammadTanveer-gw3pt I lost when I tried it alone against one AI.
The gameplay in the video was top. However playing against that many enemies has advantages. First you get a lot of gold if you can manifest yourself in key defensive positions. And no single AI opponent can spread around the whole map am hit you hard at once.
However if the goldtrade starts falling away you are in big trouble.

I think Peasants should attack automatically rather then manually be told to attack. Like "Oh look, I'm being attacked. Well better keep farmer/chopping wood/etc.!" I just think it's a bit silly to have to manually tell them to attack rather then they self-defend themselves.
Also swordsman should use their shields automatically too when getting shot by arrows, not have to be told manually either.
I think they should not include too much auto - stuff into the game, rather create some game modes where it's easier to manage some aspects of the game that you are mentioning. If they will provide a feature of fully customizable hot-keys it will be a lot easier to play already.

Impressive! I can't even defeat one Ai ... Had to use AI support and I can't say that I was impressed by how it run the show, but we won.
How is the situation with hotkeys. Tabing through buildings and grouping units like in Age or BAR is something i don't want to miss anymore. From the video, I also think defense is really strong. Hope they balance out a good push mechanic. The taking over of turrets seems pretty cool and strong.
You don't tab between buildings, if you select more than one type of building in a group additional unit/research icons will show up and you can produce in that way. So far there is not many researches/units so nothing interfere with each other. You group units with a group selection limit per each group - if you group differens units into one group it is the same as with buildings so more icons with abilities will show up and you can use them.
The A.I is rather easy to defeat.
They are allergic to chock points, and a well kept defense spot is both a gold mine and rather impenetrable, in the current version, the enemy doesn't have any tools to break through defenses.
You just do a war of attrition until the enemy runs out of gold, then they can't do anything.
Defense strategy is rather OP at the moment.
I hope wizard class/flyers etc' will spice it up.

how much different type of units each race currently have?
Currently there is i think one unit that is different in terms of balance aspect (Orc have Muncher, Humans have Knight that has different skills), but i'm not really too much into it - maybe there are some more minor differences between orc/human footmen/archers/cannons.

I had the same exact problem 2 days ago, i didn't noticed there is a "Change map" button hidden in a plain sight, just focus a little bit you will find it it's visible at 0:00 :)

Очередной провал RTS и автора, который не понимает фундаментальных основ жанра.
Геймплей не так уж и плох, но на данный момент в игре есть по 4 юнита на каждую расу, которые практически одинаковы и на данном этапе их мало. Я бы сказал, что «база» игры не идеальна (для меня), но она прочная - теперь только после новых обновлений мы узнаем, пойдет ли эта RTS в правильном направлении.
@suwak7671 дело в том, что на видео каша. Но в ртс все юниты должны быть очень чётко выделены чтобы не было мисскликов.
@@onkelen5677 Это правда. Вчера я немного поиграл с людьми, и да, юниты можно было бы лучше идентифицировать, потому что их трудно собрать в отдельные контрольные группы.. также есть ограничение на количество юнитов в группе, но с другой стороны, эта игра управляется два человека, и вы видите, что они активно работают, возможно, они внесут какие-то коррективы.
