@jaybee1597 Yes, I was raised in Austin Texas and California's are moving to Texas in the thousands because of the high rising cost of living..all the Texas are moving to rural areas in Texas...lol..I am moving out of country because it's becoming un affordable to love in the US even though I am making 6 figures and successful I still love on a budget and wisely...for example..a 1 bed room apartment in US ( I have houses, but going to rent) can run $1,600 but a 1 bedroom in phillipines couple of hundred...or third of cost. You can live as a king in phillipines or peasant making $200,000 in America😂..just an Opnion..America has taken care of me and veterans finally being recognized and compensated for their sacrifice...sometimes we just lose are way.....I have found it in the philippines...traditional family values , hard work just to eat, and love for family which is priority.
If considering Marrying a phillipina please do your research and even spend some time just visiting the philippines making friends. Out of every county I have visited most in the philippines speak good English. It boils down to what your goals are in the end. I would also like to mention that even though the philippines is modernizing most live on incomes less than $600 a month and take bucket showers and squat over toilets, so moving to America is like Disneyland. I am moving to philippines because most prefer to be home and family is #1. This is my main reason for wanting to move to philippines. Traditional family values and the desire for family to succeed. Age doesn't matter if you are healthy and decent in appearance and a plus in the long run. Too big of an age difference and out of shape is risky, however love is love and if you choose wisely based on simular values and shared interest you will be happy. Life is a constant learning curve but as long a you respect cross cultures and values its a win win...I hope I provided useful information and always seek to pay it forward for a better place for everyone.
I'd like to just add that as a former Police officer ( 10 years) and Marine and experiencing conflicts in third world countries that I adapt well to inconveniences. I have delt with most cultures rich and poor. Most people that I have seen poor are much happier than people of affluence who have everything because poor people have family. I have seen wealthy oil rich people go broke and family falls apart due to loss of money and not accepting or knowing how to live and survive poor. Poor people tend to connect more in my experience because all they have is each other and in my relationship we hope to establish the same values if trust, honesty, and commitment to a better life and family...home is where you make it.
Very, very good. I like it. I'm 😊 glad you found somebody who cares. God bless you both 🙏
❤ we are doing great
