You've probably figured it out by now but in case anyone sees this thread and is struggling I'll reply 😂 in HVV Phasma and Leia are the easiest with low levels, if they fire at you non stop you can just block and kill them with their own fire, with Phasma it even works if she isn't firing if her turret is up you can redirect that back at her. Iden you're better off just getting the jump on her and being careful with the stun by dodging or jumping. Han/Lando/Chewy can be an absolute chore with high levels, though Lando least of all, I typically just push them off a ledge or make sure I have a teammate unless they're low levels 😂
Tip with darth maul: Use the increase range for choke hold and increased throwing distance for choke hold on Kamino and other maps like it to fling heroes spiraling into the pit of death below. And also if Rey’s mindtrick abillity is annoying to you, remember it only puts your controls on invert.

On Bespin, I,'ve encountered Phasma 1 on 1, and player started firing at me, and as soon as he saw that i blocked and returned every shot he stoped firing but what he didnt realise is that I came closer to Phasma' s turret and repeled its shots at Phasma and thats how I defeated him. Yoda tip- you can temporarily fly. Using unleash or Presence midair will stop you and hold you in place, preventing you from falling briefly. After that short window, using a dash strike will carry you forward. When it ends, use either Unleash or Presence(whichever one you didn’t use first) and then use your other dash strike. It’s definitely not practical but it can occasionally save your life. @@LimitingAbyss1 I play as Grievous so much. He is the hero I am most comfortable playing as, he used to be a little broken, but right now, he is a solid hero.
I don’t know if it’s obvious, but I don’t see people do it much. Obi Wan’s force push has a very long animation, you can skip it by quickly pressing 2 or 3 times the button. It’s weaker this way, but much faster.
Another tech for (some) lightsaber heroes is that short-hopping and then attacking before landing lunges them forward; giving them extra distance/mobility besides dashing. Mind you: this only works for some.
another one. for yoda: when you are force push you can use presence while you are being thrown in the air its great when you dont have that much health
6:48 I remember the quadruple force jumps in original battlefront II 8:05 I beg to differ since he says the strongest defence is a swift and decisive offence
Tip for rey: when u have really good movement and u will jump after hitting someone with rush u can hit him even 4 times. Anyway if someone is blocking and u will do it there is a small chance to deal dmg too. Tip number 2: rey has an extra 360 strike when u will dash twice and shake screen and hit she can hit someone from she's back. She is immune to force powers because game thinks that is a part of a dash.
You will take lightning damage from Palpatine, and lightsaber hits from the back when using Obi-Wan’s defensive rush. Also, I don’t recommend using the 60 damage animation at the end of his rush while in the middle of a battle. You aren’t invincible there and the damage output compared to what you will receive is not worth it in my opinion.
Before this video I sometimes try to detonate Phasmas turret for damage but usually when it’s against lightsaber heroes they will keep doing R2 R2 R2. I guess it would be better now to use it when they are low health. Thanks for the tips!
Hey star bazaar, I know this is off topic but I just replayed the campaign and I noticed that there are a lot more weapon options in there than in multiplayer. There is a lot of content they could take from the campaign such as maps, but I never realized they had more weapons in there too. I was hoping you could make a video showcasing all of the blasters they could use from there.
@@TheStarBazaar yeah I noticed that they had a lot of the defaults but they had different values for their stats per blaster. Which I thought was interesting. And would seem simple to put into multiplayer
Has anyone had the bug with Vader's Choke when you seem to be holding the button down but enemies are released earlier? And while they've already become active, you are still walking around *pretending* to be choking. I would say that happens to me at least 7/10 times. Also, if you look at the ability icon, it is supposed to be gradually filling up while there is a word "RELEASE" blinking below the icon, but it fills up almost instantly, and enemies are choked for about a second, not any longer.
I was shocked to hear about Obi Wan's rush ability giving him any type of invincibility. I'm practicing him in coop mode, vs. the AI, and using this ability is a suicide, because AI in front of me just shoots through it. (and yeah, I'm sure it's not bc of being surrounded. no one is in the back)
make a video about tips for the whole team. it's fair to say that whichever team does a better job of sticking together will win 90% of the time. but that's easier said than done. sometimes it's difficult or impossible to get back to your team. strategies for doing that would be really helpful to know. i'm sure it depends on character and maps to a large extent, but even when playing with friends, we still wind up dying several times over before finally regrouping.
Not sure if anyone mentioned this in the comments yet; but Obi-Wan can get hit by Kylo's frenzy while he is in the defensive rush animation. He is vulnerable from the back to all three frenzy hits if he doesn't deactivate the ability and start dodging/blocking. It's just another counter to that ability and it's very useful! May the force be with you all :)
Great video, I jumped in thinking I would know everything considering I have so many hours into the game.. and yet you hit us with a spicy Chewbacca tip for the first one! I guess I do learn something new everyday🤷🏽♂️
Anakin, Grievous, Dooku and Luke can one shot infantry with the right star card, except for Heavys unless you hit them in the back. In case you're wondering which ones, it's massive strikes for Anakin, Sith Trained for Grievous (Trust me, the stamina doesn't matter, it's worth it), Intensify for Luke (You will have to kill a few people first however) and for Dooku I believe it is called Initiative, not sure but it's the one that says every 15 seconds Dooku has a critical Lightsaber hit and for every kill with it the cooldown is reduced by one second, once you kill 15 people you will have critical damage all the time which will lead to one shots to infantry except for Heavys.(Heavys are so annoying) Just thought I may give you guys some tips because a lot of new players are playing now and I have found these cards to help me very well when playing.
The problem I have is that it feels like everyone has this insane amount of stamina and can just endlessly block / strike all of my hits, yet they either go through mine or I'm out of stamina before I can react or follow up. Also, for some reason everyone seems to do this continuous leap attack when they do a basic attack where as my character stands still and hits the air, is there a set range to this? Do you have to be running?
Any tips to actually duel? I'm a bit tired to even get evaporated by npc heroes. if i attack they block everything, force included...IF they're on me. And if i defend, they keep attack and i die while i can't do the same because of stamina. Is there a way to cut their belly fast? Or it's better to keep doing boring stuff like taking time and hope for allies from his back?
Big tip: stop running into 1v4 situations on hvv

Ye he completely missed it
and with palps lightning as well
Tip for yoda: when any villain catches you in a freeze or choke you can activate you presence ability to break out of it
Woooww
Aw man, don’t tell people about the Grievous secrets!
It’s kind of obvious if u play as him but idk y ppl hate him so much lol
@@LimitingAbyss1 I play as Grievous so much. He is the hero I am most comfortable playing as, he used to be a little broken, but right now, he is a solid hero.
@@DonatProdanSimRacing me too
Donat Prodan he’s still broken
*has two unblockables*
*one of them throws ppl on the ground and does over 100 dmg*
“solid hero”
This is literally the only game I play. Plated since launch and some of these tips were good since they are on heroes i rarely use. Ty.
didn't know that maul tip about his choke, gonna have to catch some people with it now
Yeah, you'd be surprised how many times it's actually going to catch people off guard. Although, I'm sure they think that people would just hackers
I don’t know if it’s obvious, but I don’t see people do it much. Obi Wan’s force push has a very long animation, you can skip it by quickly pressing 2 or 3 times the button. It’s weaker this way, but much faster.
2:15 made me laugh. Just tossed palp like a rag doll
Another tech for (some) lightsaber heroes is that short-hopping and then attacking before landing lunges them forward; giving them extra distance/mobility besides dashing. Mind you: this only works for some.
"These are either additional effects that the Hero abilities have, or something special that one hero can do"
*Laughs in Retribution*
another one. for yoda:
when you are force push you can use presence while you are being thrown in the air its great when you dont have that much health
Thanks for the tip man I really appreciate it 👏👍
my chewbacca ground slam doesn’t activate in the air. don’t know what i’m doing wrong
Dude your first Yoda tip about his Force push blew my mind, I had no idea. Been playing since the Beta and never knew that!
6:48 I remember the quadruple force jumps in original battlefront II
8:05 I beg to differ since he says the strongest defence is a swift and decisive offence
ObiWan Kenobi, you are a bold one.
Defense*
Leonardo Marquez maybe that’s the American spelling but my autocorrect says defence with a c
@@obi-wankenobi1916 Are you from Britain?
Leonardo Marquez yeees I’m English
Yeah I literally have a video of me taking out an Kenobi with Dooku's lightning. Force powers work for sure!
General G's middle abbilty is actually really good on the the tx130s
Before this video I sometimes try to detonate Phasmas turret for damage but usually when it’s against lightsaber heroes they will keep doing R2 R2 R2. I guess it would be better now to use it when they are low health. Thanks for the tips!
bearly have a couple of months playing this and didn’t know any of this! help out so much thank you!!
Bro this channel is blowing up, about 1,000 subs since the new year began!
It's definitely gaining traction.... I'm trying to keep the momentum up. thanks my dude!!
Yea I agree
I…. Wish I watched this 2 years ago! 😂
The video is still as relevant today, don’t worry. :)
I‘m earlier than my notification lmao
Kronos lol
Hey star bazaar, I know this is off topic but I just replayed the campaign and I noticed that there are a lot more weapon options in there than in multiplayer. There is a lot of content they could take from the campaign such as maps, but I never realized they had more weapons in there too. I was hoping you could make a video showcasing all of the blasters they could use from there.
All those blasters are already in the multiplayer, most of them are just defaults so you rarely ever see them
@@TheStarBazaar yeah I noticed that they had a lot of the defaults but they had different values for their stats per blaster. Which I thought was interesting. And would seem simple to put into multiplayer
Yo I'm a Grievous main and bro that crawl thing is my bread and butter XD
Has anyone had the bug with Vader's Choke when you seem to be holding the button down but enemies are released earlier? And while they've already become active, you are still walking around *pretending* to be choking. I would say that happens to me at least 7/10 times. Also, if you look at the ability icon, it is supposed to be gradually filling up while there is a word "RELEASE" blinking below the icon, but it fills up almost instantly, and enemies are choked for about a second, not any longer.
I just bought this game a few months ago and wow, having a blast!! pardon the pun.
If you waited 5 more months you’d have it for free 😂
@@jorgeantonioarreaga4674 Lol
Played on and off since launch and didn't really know any of these except for maybe the Grievous kick. Thanks for the video!
*learns tips*
Once more the sith will rule the galaxy!
I was shocked to hear about Obi Wan's rush ability giving him any type of invincibility. I'm practicing him in coop mode, vs. the AI, and using this ability is a suicide, because AI in front of me just shoots through it. (and yeah, I'm sure it's not bc of being surrounded. no one is in the back)
In Co-Op, any abilities where you rush or charge forward are instant suicides
6:40 Did this man just recommend using Phasma’s staff?
*wheeze*
That chewbacca charge is a cool tip ! Thanks !!
make a video about tips for the whole team. it's fair to say that whichever team does a better job of sticking together will win 90% of the time. but that's easier said than done. sometimes it's difficult or impossible to get back to your team. strategies for doing that would be really helpful to know. i'm sure it depends on character and maps to a large extent, but even when playing with friends, we still wind up dying several times over before finally regrouping.
I'll be making more tips vids about the specific modes and I'll definitely go over that
Not sure if anyone mentioned this in the comments yet; but Obi-Wan can get hit by Kylo's frenzy while he is in the defensive rush animation. He is vulnerable from the back to all three frenzy hits if he doesn't deactivate the ability and start dodging/blocking. It's just another counter to that ability and it's very useful! May the force be with you all :)
Skander Yes abilities (Frenzy, saber throws, etc) will still hit Kenobi in defensive rush
I knew all of this.Being a veteran player, you learn all of these overtime
The Greivous claw rush one has been known for a long time but the other ones were very insightful thanks
Is it just me or does Yoda not lose stamina when he blocks plapatines lightning?
Great video, I jumped in thinking I would know everything considering I have so many hours into the game.. and yet you hit us with a spicy Chewbacca tip for the first one! I guess I do learn something new everyday🤷🏽♂️
8:40 I rather that archive was left incomplete 😭
I actually JUST got back into battlefront 2 a few days ago and I learned some new stuff from this. Thank you! 🙂
The most satisfying thing is taking out an AAT with a Clone Wars Hero
I never knew about Yoda's, Rey's and Vader's animations, so thanks for that.
"The heroes and villains of Battlefront 2 are all unique in their own way"
That's what unique means!
I think he means like Yoda, Obi wan and Luke all have Force pish but each one is very different
@@abdelrahmanamr651 haha yeah maybe. I'm just teasing anyways.
Anakin, Grievous, Dooku and Luke can one shot infantry with the right star card, except for Heavys unless you hit them in the back.
In case you're wondering which ones, it's massive strikes for Anakin, Sith Trained for Grievous (Trust me, the stamina doesn't matter, it's worth it), Intensify for Luke (You will have to kill a few people first however) and for Dooku I believe it is called Initiative, not sure but it's the one that says every 15 seconds Dooku has a critical Lightsaber hit and for every kill with it the cooldown is reduced by one second, once you kill 15 people you will have critical damage all the time which will lead to one shots to infantry except for Heavys.(Heavys are so annoying)
Just thought I may give you guys some tips because a lot of new players are playing now and I have found these cards to help me very well when playing.
I've been playing BFII the entire time since the beginning and I still learned new things, thanks a lot ;)
Fun fact: bb8 and bb9 have a flashlight that you can use

@@MistSquid sorry i'm from poland and I don't know english very well
The problem I have is that it feels like everyone has this insane amount of stamina and can just endlessly block / strike all of my hits, yet they either go through mine or I'm out of stamina before I can react or follow up. Also, for some reason everyone seems to do this continuous leap attack when they do a basic attack where as my character stands still and hits the air, is there a set range to this? Do you have to be running?
3 Gb left to download Battlefront 2... RUclips recommended me this !!
I actually didn't know this considering i started playing since 2017. Thanks alot Star.
Any tips to actually duel? I'm a bit tired to even get evaporated by npc heroes. if i attack they block everything, force included...IF they're on me. And if i defend, they keep attack and i die while i can't do the same because of stamina. Is there a way to cut their belly fast? Or it's better to keep doing boring stuff like taking time and hope for allies from his back?
sasuke65743 Planning on making a specialized dueling video 😁
Looking forward to it, then. I'm in your hands 😖
If you use Maul’s Spin Attack off a ledge, you can use Choke Hold immediately after the animation for Spin Attack ends.
Tip: Ledge kills don't add to YOUR score, but they do take away from the enemy team's.
I've been playing since launch and I learned something.
I have been playing since 2017 and I didn't know most of these so thanks
Mr . Bazaar... coming through with all the info we need ! Ur the man . Thanks for the great content
Lotta Yoda tips and I appreciate it even though I’m not a Yoda main.
