Does the Kubota come with a intermittent wiper yet? Nothing pisses me off more as an owner /operator when using one of our 2018 KX040-4 or 2019 KX057-4 in rain that's not heavy enough to have the wiper operating non stop but enough that you have to keep taking your hands from the joystick to start/stop the wiper or you get a dry blade screeching across the windscreen that wears the blade out and it just a very budget thing for a modern bit of machinery costing in excess of NZD $100k
There is a radio installed. The -5 seems to have two rectangular connectors, different from the -4. Is there an adapter available or was this hardwired?
Hello thanks for sharing. Do you have the item # for the Thumb you have on the new 057-5 ? Please not from Kubota OEM number on the book but from the actual sticker on it.
Unfortunately for some reason Kubota decreased breakout force for both arm and bucket in 057-5 vs 057-4. 057-5 has 10172lbf vs 11177 for 057-4 (bucket force) 10% decrease. Arm force 057-5 5463 lbf vs 5644 lbf (3% decrease) for 057-5 compare to 057-4. They probably concluded previous version was too strong, so they need to give their competitors a break.
@@rontopping2048 It is difficult to say, they not publish stick length, but max digging radius increased by 20mm which is less than a inch, so stick can be longer by at least that amount (can be less). I don't think increasing stick by 20mm will decrease breakout force by 10%, they probably just changed relief pressure valve setting (my guess). Interesting in Europe they call this model KX060-5 (same digging radius) and it has even less breakout force 9509 (less than even KX040-4 9535 lbs) and arm force 5507 lbs so a bit more than KX057-5 at 5364. The good news are lifting capabilities are increased from 0% to 8% depending on the position of the bucket. The bulk of increase in the range of 1-2%

Nice! Can't wait for this design to make it's way up to the 080.

NICE KUBOTA
Love it
Better breakout and digging force. Not according to Kubota website. The 4 still out performs it.
I noticed that too. I want to demo one because it seems weird that they would loose capabilities
whats the price tag on a machine like this
75,590.00, watching the add at the end of the video
Why was the digging force de-rated in comparison to the KX057-4?
Nice Maschine 🕹️🕹️🦾🦾

Fail. You said almost nothing about the excavator. You just opened doors and told us it was new.
Side compartment door $5,000.00

If the stick is just a bit longer it would affect arm & bucket force. Hopefully they improved slew force

How much does it weigh?
Considering everyone wants to know this before they can tow it and the sales guys never mention it. Seems like that should be mentioned every time
