- A walk through the Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial. Filmed by Project Vigil on June 5th, 2015 in Colleville-sur-Mer, France. The Normandy American Cemetery sits atop a bluff 175 feet above Omaha beach. In the 172.5 acre cemetery are 9,387 burials including 307 Unknown burials. There are 1,557 names inscribed on the Walls of the Missing.
