@@buddymartin71 I thank you, friend. Huzzah! However, it was brought to my attention that the circuit in question is in fact a simple "clock". It doesn't change the functionality but, misnaming it was my mistake.
It's a clock not a pulse extender, i think also when you use water flowing you need to know about hopper cooldown, if you clock it at 8gt it wont overflow. Overall i dont rlly understand the point of the tutorial sorry
