Yhooo😭 I'm even ashamed to call myself a Healthcare worker🙆♀️ how do you not explain to a person in a language thaey understand when such decisions are taken, like how, human rights ziphi kanti🙆♀️
Most of us who have given birth in public hospitals can attest to how cruel health workers are, those people have no respect for their patients. May God bless you for being the exception
Yhio... The problem is NOT talking to your patients. Because the lady who lost her child sounds like she had peurperal sepsis. But they should have explained and explained...or even explain to her parents if she wasn't in the right emotional state. We need to do better....
How can we protect eachother during this time? I think we should start petitioning for family to be present with us during birth no matter what is the state of the world, pandemic or no pandemic. They have her A DIRTY HOSPITAL GOWN. Everything else that followed was total disrespect. And for the first story, a womb taken out without explaining or divulgation. If this isn't evil then what is?
My heart bleeds for these women. My heart bleeds even more for Nosiphiwo. I am so sorry for the loss of your Siyamthanda. I couldn't stop crying. I can't even imagine the pain you ladies went and continue to go through.
@Relebogile 🎊 congratulations for 100k subscribers. Secondly as someone battling fertility am shattered to say the least at the guests experience, am sorry and may you find peace and justice. Love from 🇰🇪 Kenya
Our health care system is just messed up yoh especially the maternity ward it's few women who have good stories to tell about their delivery I feel for these 2 women
Women need to unite and do something about this. This will continue to happen if nothing is done about it. What these ladies have lost is so precious and no person deserves such. I'm so sorry that you are going through this everyday and no one has been held accountable. My ❤ is shattered.
I don't want it to end here. We've used social media platforms as a place to lament for so long yet nothing gets fixed. We don't implement any moves unless it's perhaps a close relative, child, sibling or a parent. The fact remains that the victims are still something and somebody important to the people who closely know them. Just because today it's not you doesn't mean it won't happen to you if you don't make efforts to prevent it's perpetuation. We need to be more comfortable challenging things that don't make us sleep better at night. We owe nothing to nobody. We pay for the services we are entitled to.
😭😭😭😭 this episode was hard. Our health care system is an insult to us. Our government is not doing anything about Bara hospital yet there are so many complaints about it.
Oh Nosiphiwo 💔😪 my heart bleeds for you my love.. From the smile you gave when asked the gender to you crying when you had to say the name 💔😪💔💔 May you find healing sisi
I could relate to Nosiphiwe incident, the very same thing happened to my baby body. He got lung 🫁infection because he 💩inside and it affected his lungs. With me the doctors at Bheki Mlangeni were very professional within 2days they infection was cleared and I could take my boy home. Sorry for what you had to go through nosphiwe
The level of negligence and non existent service is absolutely revolting and embarrassing!!! How dare these medical staff treat human beings like this, if you don't love and have respect for your job then don't do it and save people these kind of situations shame on them!!
Besides the fact that the upper hand is always depopulating the Africans, these hospital people are selling the womanhood and they are serious about their surrogate department, which they seem to sent both ladies to as first choice.God bless you ladies thanks for sharing
This reminds me so much of an episode of “I’ve been through the most” where this lady joined satanism and had to kill newborns in hospitals 💔💔💔😭. Uteruses must be worth the price. So very evil! So very scary! So very painful!
I was sobbing the entire time, especially for Nosphiwo. The passing of the baby is also their fault, they know that a baby can poop if left so long in the womb while she's in labor. Waiting for hours for an ambulance?? I know a story of a lady that I found at a birthing clinic, she was also waiting for the ambulance and the baby had already pooped, no one was bothered by that. My mother and I were who was there in support of a our sister who was giving birth had to be the ones calling in favors from ward councillors in the area to intervene and get an ambulance to the clinic, even then the ambulance still delayed.
Yoh this episode got me really scared. and what if they are selling these wombs for their own gain🥺. May the Lord bring healing and restoration to both the ladies and give them the peace of mind they deserve. Thank you for sharing your stories.
@@nematahenibridget4100 Like she said, they cover everything up. Good malpractice lawyers costs a lot of money which people don’t have. They constantly get away with ruining people’s lives. It’s heartbreaking.
My heart bleeds when women talk about these kind of issues .... i have recently had an ectopic and had my left fellopian tube removed .... the procedure on preparation for theater is the worst ...... remember umntu is in unbearable pains and they don't explain to you ukuthi this form you sign ithini .... up to date they never explained to me .even to know ukuthi which tube they removed i had to ask the Doctor when he was doing rounds the following morning after the surgery... I was just glad i survived and atleast i still have the 1 tube to try with .
There is nothing that brings trauma in every mother seeing your baby in ICU, I gave birth to two daughters both of them they were born prematurely 5 years apart. The youngest one is just a month old. I so wish our government could do something about public health systems. Seeing such content is heartbreaking and will forever be grateful that I have medical and was given the best hospitality. Sending Love and Light to this ladies🙌🙌🙌❤️❤️
Our health system is failing us 💔💔, I hope something will be done with their case, I pray that they will be able to get kids, I am deeply sorry for their pain. Praying for them. 🙏🙏
I empathise with these women. However this episode highlighted the importance of reading and understanding any document before you sign. Signing a consent form implies that you fully understand what procedures will be performed and why as well as the risks, therefore it’ll be difficult to prove malpractice when you have given consent. And secondly, women need to recognise that even a simple pregnancy has the potential for serious complications and should not be taken lightly. The first woman may have bled, and the second one seemingly had infection of the womb that she unfortunately warranted a hysterectomy. It’s rare but it happens. However if there really was malpractice then they should persue legal action against and will be compensated. It’s within their right.
Although you are correct; I feel doctors also need to do better in explaining these medical terms to their patients, as a good majority of South Africans do not fully understand English. We have 11, if not 12 official languages in the country, and these consent forms need to be written in other languages as well and not just English & Afrikaans. This is the biggest problem when signing any sort of forms. Some people in the medical field, firstly do not seem to care about their patients and seem to be in a rush, just to complete their duties. They are rude and do no bother to explain these different situations to patients and expectant mothers. We see in both cases that the medical practitioners were caught in lies. There is a level of malpractice that took place here.
At the height of labour, its hard for someone to comprehend anything else apart from the pain. It can be argued they were not in their right state of mind.
Having an advocate with you when you're in labor is so important. Women go through so much because we dont have someone to fight for us, ask questions and request reasons for the many things that are done to us. Its heartbreaking! The negligence that happens in hospitals is disgusting 😭😭😭💔
That's why it's important for women to become their own advocates and to discuss "birth plans", pregnancy etc with their support person/family, and on top of that make sure to do your research. When it comes to pregnancy and childbirth the "experts" don't know everything, always make sure they give you all the information you need to make the best decision for yourself.
that's true hey but public hospitals differ from private at private hospitals a family member or partner can be there before and after the delivery until they see the both of u are okay and then they go.in most public hospitals the staff is even quick to say it's not visiting hours.they can even tell you as the husband your not not allowed in.
This is so heartbreaking, so evil! My question is, what do they do with the uterus?...it cant be that so many women (i know stories from other provinces so its not just GP & they are targeting 1st time mothers) loose their uterus under these dodgy circumstances & its just matter of negligence.....something deeper is happening here
for someone who had their womb removed, doctors have to tell you prior to the operation that you might loose your womb should anything happen. and you have to consent to having that operation. This is so wrong... I was told before hand that I might loose my womb. I feel for these ladies

I stayed the whole week at Edenvale with no one telling me what was happening except that doctors were not available. From Monday to Friday. First I went Sunday they told me I am very far I should go back home. I didn't sleep at all. Went back Monday morning they asked me to sit on a bench and I was there the whole day. But God chose to save my baby. Horrible things we go through in these hospitals 😢

We cannot sit down and act like everything is okay when it's obviously not.A case needs to be opened for the said hospitals. They need to be sued. even if this calls for opening a petition, then so be .we will sign it and help them attain the required signatures. justice needs to be served for these two ladies.I really don't know the procedures of your country, but action is what's needed now.take that bold step and save millions who won't have to go through all this.
I've always been curious with the idea of woman intentionally removing their uterus and how hard is it to get the procedure but I never thought the opposite was possible
😢😢😭😭😭😭😭😭This is painful the death of a baby is painful I don't wish that on anybody omg public hospitals are not a good place I wish everybody had the financial aid to afford decent medical care 😢😢😢😢😢askis sthandwa Sam I'm so sorry
It's sad to see women in pain like that.😭😭.. I'm also trying to conceive and my firstborn I got him with a c-section. It's been 6 years trying to conceive
This broke my heart cause on the 2nd of February 2023 I experienced the same thing and my baby was gone,, I’ve had pains but this one doesn’t seem to be any better,, God what did we do?
How can they medically induce labour at a different location from where she was to give birth. Of course that endangered the baby. Even if the ambulance came on time at 6cm dilated they could have been stuck in that bad jhb traffic. It naturally takes 2 hours for the cervix to dilate 2cm. Some times the baby comes before reaching the 10cm. My baby came at 8cm. If there was no intervention at that time we might have been here today, but he had to be forced out at 8cm. My ward neighbours baby naturally came at 7cm. The head had crowned at that time
i recently went back to hospital to get A Drs note when iwas looking for my file they were like what do you need it for aggressively i think they had her file just that they are hiding something
Nosiphiwo's story 💔💔The fact that this traumatic experience lasted literally three days,I can't even try to put myself in her shoes also having given birth by CS during Covid and my son being in NICU for a couple of days...May God continue to give her strength to get through each day

😢😢 This is heartbreaking 💔💔💔💔
My heart bleeds for you ladies. May God heal you, especially the lady in a dress...l cried 😢

I've always been curious with the idea of woman intentionally removing their uterus and how hard is it to get the procedure but I never thought the opposite was possible

This is so scary!!! and not to mention crazy as to how and why we are not protecting women.
It's sad to see women in pain like that.😭😭.. I'm also trying to conceive and my firstborn I got him with a c-section. It's been 6 years trying to conceive
This broke my heart cause on the 2nd of February 2023 I experienced the same thing and my baby was gone,, I’ve had pains but this one doesn’t seem to be any better,, God what did we do?
this is horrible, absolutely horrible 💔💔💔💔💔
So sorry to guest their stories are so 😔
How can they medically induce labour at a different location from where she was to give birth.
