You have a nice view. I'm amazed on how fast these buildings are going up, seems like just last year, you did a walk around your neighborhood and not nearly as many were up. Your neighborhood is commercial and residential?
Yes most of the neighborhoods is somewhat residential because many people have tiny stores in front of their homes. Yes the homes are going up quickly.

It's strange that my 2 sisters who are married to Nigerians but have no interest in visiting the motherland so I just need enough space for myself.
Wait what? They are married to Nigerians and have no interest in coming? Many people think they have to have a big house to come to the motherland. Me too all I need is enough space for myself. I only built my house this size is because I just knew my kids would come.
@@webelonginafrica44 Yes it baffles my mind that they think that way especially as Caribbeans. There is still this negative mindset of the continent in their minds. I just don't get not wanting to know your beginnings. One sister did her DNA which took her back straight to Nigeria. Go figure but still have no interest in visiting. Sad. I did my first trip solo and even my mother thought I had no reason to visit. If I am meant to build there, I will. The Most High has me covered.
See that’s the thing. Many try to empress others when all you need is to purchase the land and build a small 15,000 house on it. You can always expand it later if need be.

If the house you mentioned would be round 20K well my tiny would be smaller so It would be interesting to know the build cost for 600 sq ft .
@@herregalness7461 I’m so glad that you were led by a spirit to want to visit the motherland. Maybe one day that same spirit will touch them.
@@webelonginafrica44 King drop your email please; have a question. Thanks!
I'm happy for ya bro, seems very peaceful. How far is the city from you?
Thanks a lot bro the city is just right up the street, not far at all.
Hi bro give it time your roads will get paved
Thanks bro. Even if it had gravel with gutters on each side, I’d be cool with that.
Greetings ❤
Greetings. Thanks for watching.
Go by my house in Accra.
Let me know exactly where it is and I’ll go.
What part of Ghana is this?
Right outside of Kumasi
How much how does one need? If not trying to impress others?
See that’s the thing. Many try to empress others when all you need is to purchase the land and build a small 15,000 house on it. You can always expand it later if need be.
The best way to learn twi is from the kids
I think you are correct
What the cost for 1 plot of land?
In this area if there are anything left could be around 3,000 to 5,000 depending if it something available up and around me or all the way at the back.
So nice is your Twi 😂😂
Thanks it’s coming slowly 😂
Bro I your voice is good for radio.
And can you help me get a land at your area?
@@leosismenz347 I always say, he has the best broadcast voice, and the best singing voice to boot!!
Have had a couple of people say that before. This particular area is partially full but I can ask around.
@@sos9020only if I could get past my stutter 😅
@@webelonginafrica44 oh my goodness, that stutter is your gold star. Are u kidding me. I told u I like it. Do u know how many stutters there are in Hollywood? U better find a way to cash in on it. 😄Most people need a very good ear like mine, to actually notice your stutter.
Ok bro thanks
Where's the street lights?.
Oh you didn’t see them? They are there. Not every pole has them. I have put up about 10 of them.
The Place needs up keep
It’s every man for himself in this self made neighborhood. There are gated communities here that they keep up with the maintenance. This community is a bit different. Compared to some others I’ve seen I love it here. ☺️
@@webelonginafrica44 I adore how you get along with the kids and neighbors. Priceless.❤❤

What does your nickname they call you mean?
@@AbdulAziz-mu6kq it's not a nickname tho, it's his real name, they just add daddy to it.
My Name is Akwesi so the kids call me daddy Akwes
Every male child born on a Sunday in Ghana is called Akwesi or Kwesi in the Akan tribe. It's same in the Ewe tribe, but the Ewes call it Kwasi. This is the same in Togo and Benin the two French countries on the Eastern frontiers of Ghana.
Beautiful community I want to buy a plot please
Thanks. I’d have to ask around to see if anything is available.
Yes they are high taxes we don’t own our homes if got to pay taxes every year 😂
I swear if enough payments are missed one will find out he or she don’t own it lol
