Taipei Mayor Chiang Wan-an was interrupted during his speech on the 76th anniversary of the 228 Incident by protesters who shouted at him to "kneel down and apologize." Troops sent by Chiang's great-grandfather, Chiang Kai-shek, killed thousands after the anti-government uprising in 1947.
