Paul Cresenio I read the provision of the SOGIE bill twice most of the provisions is one sided its only cater to the needs of specific groups of people and thats the lgbt community. Im not againts the lgbt community but the sogie bill is not for their rights or to stop discrimination but for entitlement and most of those provision are unconstitutional its infringe on the freedom of expression, religious freedom, academic freedom and the rights of the parents on how to bring up their child

No to SOGIE. Yes, it is true! It highlights only one sector (T).
How come that it is only one sector? Those senators who said it is only one sector are lack of deep understanding about this matter. Mahirap talaga pag hindi ganun ka educated mga pinaupo sa senado. Ang sector ng LGBT ay may buhay din at kailangan ng batas na po proteksyon sa kanila. Hindi lamang karagdagang CR ang pinag uusapan dito, marami pang ibang saklaw ang sogie bill.
This bill cannot be passed! Why? First of all, this is not equality because it's only focusing on LGBT Community. We already have a law against discrimitaion and violence that is all applicable to all (not collectively but universally), the only weakness of those bills under our law is the people who manifested it. Second, it is for all Filipino as Sen. Hontiveros said, that is correct. Only Filipino people, think again Sen. Hontiveros. So let's have 4 different genders on our Identity documents, when a person is born, only female and male are applicable. If determine and recognize as a gay, procedure should be done. It involves money but let us not focus on money, let's focus sa inconvenience. Actually, in general, hindi rin ito inconvenience sa LGBTQ as they may really want thatvupdated. Now, is there no possibility na mag abroad ang isang LGBT personnel? No, so kung mapapasa ang bill na to, should we not consider international factors? Lastly, Identity documents is for physical and biological reasons and not for mental aspects, so yung appearance mo naman can be clearly seen in the picture if applicable on one or two typed of identity documents, may thumbprint ka pa for that purpose of verification. Now, let me ask everyone, "Is being a gay or lesbian matters on our biological aspects involving our identity and secuirty?" If you say, "Yes", can you tell me how can we classify it without knowing your character or not involving your personality? Let's say, you have passport's gender is tagged as gay, can our airport security personnel in verify that without physical, cognitive, and psychological exam? Focus tayo sa physical lang kasi yun lang ang pinakaconvincing, will you agree without any hesitation and without them getting to your privacy in a mandatory way?
