If you have the other broken heals maybe they can see what the problem is and they can reinforce them so they last longer. That way you won’t keep throwing your money away on something you absolutely love. Hope that helps you.

Find a good cobbler/shoe repair place. It’s a lost art but the lovely lady in my neighborhood who fixes my shoes is just amazing I got my two of my favorite pumps resoled and the heel fixed in less than a week. And you get to support a small business instead of giving more money to a big company that wouldn’t help you!
I would def find a good cobbler in your area! I’ve done that to fix all of mine and my mothers shoes that brands refused to fix but I loved them too much

The brand should have worked with you after their product failed-maybe not a full refund or replacement free-of-charge, but they should have stood behind the quality of their product and offered you some sort of break, especially since we know you take care of your things! When we deal.with customer returns ( I worked in designer children shoes for 3 years) we would often deal.eith faulty product returns for the customer and get the money from the brand and give the customer a refund ourselves. This might be helpful for anyone having to deal with this :)

I live in flats 90% of my life, but I always keep a couple pairs at home or in the office, and slip them on when I need heels for a meeting or event - I can barely walk in heels but their heels are so flattering and comfy for the height they are that I can actually jog in them and walk confidently without issue!

These shoes cost over $1000 there’s no excuse for them to be breaking when literally ALL of my heels cost me $30 or less and I’ve never had a SINGLE pair break on me and I’ve owned them all for 7+ years. This severe lack of quality shouldn’t be overlooked or go unanswered for by the brand. They should be ashamed of themselves and needed to have replaced your pair. It wasn’t the right call to reward this bad behavior by purchasing two more pairs. It only serves to enable brands like these to continue the exploitation of consumers. I would’ve issued a formal complaint to the company about their cheaply made products and lack of customer service as well as written bad reviews for the brand and this heel so that others may be warned to steer clear..

I would definitely take the broken shoe to a cobbler along with its mate. Cobblers can work literal miracles. I can't yell you how many pairs of shoes they have fixed the heels, straps, or soles on for me. They can even put amazing nonslip grip on the bottom if you are clumsy like me!

Find a good cobbler/shoe repair place. It’s a lost art but the lovely lady in my neighborhood who fixes my shoes is just amazing I got my two of my favorite pumps resoled and the heel fixed in less than a week.
