- From our performance on September 10, 2022 at Birdland, Hamburg. We thought it might be an interesting concept to have Nelson improvise an extended solo intro, and then I would take the traditional form. It's SO inspiring and fun playing with this guy...what a beautiful abstraction he set this up with! Nelson's intro is just insane - his harmonic ideas, time, articulation, the way he plays with dissonance and all that lovely stuff... Absolutely brilliant. And of course JK is off-the-scale as always :)

Brings back great memories of the fantastic intimate concert 'Kreisberg meets Veras'' concert in Theater Vrijburcht Amsterdam some years ago. Unforgettable!
