I partially disagree and partially agree. When my son was 2 I was sooo eager to work, now he is 4 and I want to leave my job. A job which I do for 5_6 hrs only near my home with decent salary, supporting parents and in laws, y??? Because I want to spend more time with my son teach him a lot of stuff, overall I miss him. For me my son's progress is more important than work. Money can come and go but relationship health should be the priority. Yes if one stays at home the potential is huge for other areas of life.
It depends on your State of Mind... If you are happy with your current life, it's more than enough! At the end of the day, happiness and peace matters!
