i do this too but its quite a lot of hard work all night and its only 1 flavor and 1 color the ingredients are very unique unlike other ice cream rolls i ever seen and it cooks in hot not cold which needed with the help of a big mixer, to bad you cant eat it but it can build roads and houses and it cannot melt like in this vid

I don't know, flan is super gelatiney and I wouldn't want gelatin chunks in my icecream, I'm the type of person who is super sensitive to textures and just watching it kinda grossed me out. .
Rayneen did you seriously not see the extremely fine chopping that he did? and than freezing the crap out of it....I guarantee the rolls would have no different a texture than normal ice cream rolls

It can be made with gelatin instead of eggs, many store bought kinds use gelatin to avoid the difficulty and shelf life problems of using eggs. Personally that's the only way I've been able to make them (my oven is terrible and burns the hell out of an egg base).
