Dismantling a giant Kocks gantry crane in the harbor of Hamburg/Germany. The contractor MNE from the Netherlands rigged up a massive Liebherr LR 1600/2 crawler crane with lattice boom. A Caterpillar M320F whleeled excavator with sorting grapple and Hitachi Zaxis 280 crawler excavator with scrap shear working on the ground and cutting the parts into small pieces.

Moin,tolle Aufnahmen von diesem riesigen Kran. Was mich mal interessiert ist folgendes: Wie wird der transportiert ? Wie viele LKW braucht man - allein die Gegengewichte wiegen wenn ich richtig geschaut habe 140 to. Wie lange dauert der Aufbau ? Mfg.Manfred L.

In der Größenordnung fahren die meisten Betreiber die Grundbauteile wie Fahrwerke, Grundrahmen, Unterwagen, Oberwagen, Anlenkstücke.... selber, da diese um die 40-60to wiegen und somit mit Schwertransportern transportiert werden müssen.....
In der Regel werden Gitterelemente und Ballaststeine (je nach Konfiguration also z.B. langer Hauptausleger = mehr Gitterstücke = mehr Ballast) von Subunternehmern gefahren.....
Man muss schließlich bedenken, dass für einen Kran dieser Größe viel Transporte nötig sind und wenn eine Firma alle Transporte selber fahren würde, dann würden andere Krane nicht mehr bedient werden können!
LR1600/2 liegt so bei 30-45 Transportern bei voller Konfiguration.....
Größere Raupenkrane wie eine LR1800-1.0 oder LR11000 benötigen dann schonmal auch 60-80 Transporte
