I was listening to this song while doing an assignment that required me to apply myself to a field where I usually struggle. This song helped me through it and made it a lot easier.
I keep this song in mind when trying to teach cadets how go through a correct mark time position. Turns out they underperform because as a drill instructor I come across angry, loud and scary. Not because they're incapable of simple balance and body control. This song is pretty much what I tell them. I've seen newbies go from horid to decent in a matter of hours, then ascend to a level I have no words to describe when the time comes to perform in front of their family. It's enough to make a CPWOFF shed liquid pride.

Your best bet is to follow new musicians in the fandom, support them till their known, and if the 'veterans' of the fandom leave links to their non fandom alias follow them and enjoy their future works. It's a cycle and it's bound to happen to everyone.
