I wish I had watched this video before repairing a crack above the window at my house. I should have used some of that lightweight repair mortar. Life would have been much easier. Anyway, now I know for the future.
That's called P.A.M. Our company bought one 8 years ago and it works wonders for chipping out concrete overhead. Requires compressed air. It's good for doing large open areas. Cost was around 15k.
Due to following this process the self weight of structure will be increased by providing the extra rainforsement and reinforcement also providing also deficult. It's a not engineering technic. Also in this process they don't give clarity about we make sure how much length reinforcement bar driven into the wall .
