I have nothing wrong with McLaren giving swap orders for lando and oscar. If norris had a problem with it, he should have done the swap much earlier and then he would have a fair chance to take the lead back fair and square if he ended up having the faster car in the last 10 laps or so.
McLaren are not winning any championship this year, so this was the right thing to do and give Piastri a win. They still retain the same constructors points. Lando may need the favor returned one day anyways. This is how you build teammates that help each other for the team0. Teaching them it's a team sport is what makes champions.
