- Actually I have struggled on whether recording I should use.
This recording is very strong, while having some alternation in first movement, the minuet, whereas another recording has completed playing, but not really strong and a bit soft.
Well, I adore this one more!
Fredinand David is famously known for his trombone concertino, but obviously he's more than that lol.
Again, it's like Busoni: everyone remembers his piano traumatic pieces, but forget his clarinet concertino, symphony, violin sonata etc.
Anyways, this piece is quite a surprise, especially with the fact that he's in romantic era.
