I like this because it vacuums and mops at the same time. Convenient. Yes everything requires maintenance, but I’d say it’s easier and more efficient then vacuuming or sweeping then mopping
Hi Pedro, We are sorry to hear your iFloor 2 is not performing normally in self-clean. Please make sure the following steps have be done 1. The unit is charging 2. The dirty water tank is not full 3. The clean water tank is at least 1/3 filled. If the above steps still fail you, please contact our support team for further help: support@tineco.com
I had the same problem, you have to wait 30-50 minutes charging it and then push 3 second ON/OFF button because it needs to have the battery at least 1/3 charged if you used it till near the end of the charge@@TinecoSupport
Thank you for your efforts here. But there is so much contextual information missing regarding each of the processes covered. The wording was sped (without vocals) through with a bit too much haste, as well. Hopefully someone got something out of this.

Dear customer, please note that the machine must use Tineco solution to ensure long-term use. The use of non-Tineco solution will cause corrosion and damage to the machine.
@@majestyher Dear customer, thanks for choosing Tineco and sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Please place the appliance on the storage tray. The clean water tank should be at least 1/3 full of water. Press and hold the switch button for 3s and begin the self-cleaning process. If it still failed, please feel free to contact our customer service at www.tineco.com
after a certain amount of maintenance, wouldn't it just be easier to mop with a bucket? Just a thought.
It's easier for people who have arthritis like myself. The tineco really helped me a lot.
A normal mop pushes around dirt and gross water. This actually sucks the nasty water up into a tank that you can pour out

So many tangled hair on the edge of the bursh roller and it can’t be cleaned as the cleaner brush won’t reach the thin gap. Any solution?

Will the ifloor rollers fit the ifloor 2? I can't find replacement rollers for the ifloor 2 anywhere!!
I did try to click 3 seconds (even more) to self clean. But it doesn't work. Unlike S3 type 🤦♀️. Please advise. Thank you
Mine did that too, then it'll randomly work
@@stephanieguilfoyle9391 i found out the way. Click the power button for few sec, remember to put it on the station
It can’t be plugged in on the charger! It needs to be on the station unplugged - runs for 30 secondsish
Where can I get replacement filters and brush rolls?

My self clean is not working! Not sure what I may be doing wrong. I follow instructions, but it runs and runs and not shut off.
