  • This KVD style divider is a later representation of the DV411, most likely from the 1970's. It is very linear in it's division (spec is 0.0025%). It can be fed with a stable voltage source, to provide 10,000 or more defined voltages.
    It is can be made a part of a calibration device, or system, providing user selectable voltages.
    In the video I demonstrate how, if I keep the DVM restricted to 4 decimal places, I can observe almost zero error over 5 decades of voltage division.
