I see her as an artist who is exploring the hybridity of her identity. It seems very personal to her family, her upbringing and who she is as a person- I personally don’t see the trend in her work but I’m intrigued by your comment
She has an eclectic, specific but wondrous capture and expression of her lineage and those around it ‘hidden history’ around her!
