I really can’t give you any specific advantages of watching ES vs SPY besides the fact that ES is more fluid, trades all hours without gaps most of the time & is the source of how the SPY moves. SPY is the ETF of the index. I always watch pre-market levels

how do i decide which direction to take when i chart qqq spy nq and es their levels but they do not look all nsync , it confuses the heck out of me because say one of them the level seems to be a resistance on spy while on qqq the level seem to be at support , happens in es and nq as well. So i couldnt decide whether to long something or not, does that make sense ?

You suggested plotting the 9 period ema on the chart and you went into detail about how to trade this particular setup. I notice you never mention that idea again that I have seen. Do you still think this is a viable approach or has the market changed to the point that that particular advice is no longer valid. Just wondering. The videos are really helpful. Thank you.
