Hey I got this machine and I have issue with the detergent. I put liquid detergent and softener. And I feel like machine not taking any detergent. But when I checked the detergent I can see some went through. Is it not taking what detergent I put. Is it taking how heavy dirty clothes? Just I’m confused

@@MelekOguzhan-hn9bu If you see a change in detergent level in the container that means its taking in some detergent. It might take less than needed so this is probably why you don't see visible suds. If you are concerned try adding additional manually

Mine arrives in May. Let’s hope it is better than my GE GFW650… and they don’t brake it when they deliver it. It seems delivering appliances in this country is very difficult…

@@washertester4296 Received mine this past week. Delivery was flawless. The unit is made in Vietnam, as per sticker on the side. Where was yours made?
The only issue is that the dispenser drawer is missing the chlorine bleach compartment (the plastic insert) - I hope quality control was better on the rest of the machine... I asked to have it sent to me to the store that sold me the machine, let's hope they take care of it soon. But luckily it is not a key component. I never use bleach, but I wonder if it does hold liquid detergent in place, when not using ezDispense. Otherwise, does it flow down the dispenser drawer, no matter?
This machine is night and day different than the GE. Extremely quiet, it spins all the time and way more quietly. Not once I have thought in the 8 cycles done so far "she is committing suicide". Although installed on the same floor and same exact spot as the GE, she is stable and vibrates during spins ever so slightly, if at all. It is a superior design than the GE. We are planning to put tile in this second floor laundry room, currently a wooden floor covered in linoleum, but there is no comparison with the GE.
The connection to the ThinQ app was super fast and flawless. It is a superior experience than the GE app has ever been.
A couple of questions, based on your experience, and/or other's experience that read this:
      1) what do you use to clean the tub? bleach (if yes, in the tub directly?), powders, affresh, oxi clean tub cleaner?
      2) did you have any additional cycles to download in the app other than the single "overnight" one? that is the only one I could download, on top of all the others (as listed in the user's manual)
      3) how often, if at all, did you clean the ezDispense drawer? the user's manual say to clean it every time you refill it... isn't that a bit too much? not considering the waste of all the soap you wash out with the cleaning...
I had it less than a week, so I might have more questions in the future :)
I discovered that if you turn on the tub light and don't leave the menu, when it turns off and press options, the setting is already there and you don't have to go through all the clicking to get to it. But after all, who wants to do that other than washing machine geeks who want to look at the tub all the time during the cycle? I wish though, the light option would be easier to access or a one-click setting on the app.
