I've found the mechanics workshop is best profit wise, especially those bikes, red ones are worth 24k each, green are 9k, although once you can haul any car the red cars are 86k each, they also count as being stolen when pulled onto the front of the RV, it takes a lot of work to do though but ladders can be used to kinda cheese moving them around

The Swag Bag is your best friend! Stacks so many little items inside, but you have to empty it into the escape vehicle to get credit.

If you put a couple ladders facing sideways on the back of the car you might be able to balance things on the ladders and there for fit more things

With the Tuk Tuk, you can hang stuff off the mirrors and it counts. Also for the bikes and quads, you only need one wheel on the area and it counts :)
