Some patients with Sjogren had Accutane course many years ago. Maybe there's a link.
For carbs, it dries eyes to cut them too strongly like in keto diet: but Jessie Inschauspé showed that you can reduce insuline spikes with very simple changes and still eating carbs.

Dr Cremers, what do you think of azura trials with selenium disulfide on meibomian glands?

Dr. Cremers, are you seeing an increased number of patients with thyroid eye disease since the mass vaccinations of people with covid vaccine?

As in the past, sadly, I expect no response here, but I ask anyway.
Can you measure blood glucose levels in the office?

Why can't you get a diabetic machine or get a hba1b test form quest diagnostics, pay $40 and you can get it without a prescription

      Who said I couldn't get?
What does that have to do with my question?
I was asking what they are allowed to do during an office visit.
Please explain how my question was not understandable?

You forgot the omega 3 blood level test and vitamin d level test.
Probably more important than the tests you mentioned.
Your tests are measuring the results of the poor diet but say nothing of the actual input to the system and cause.
8:00 Selling your patients a good quality refrigerated fish oil is cheaper than tests.
