After I watched the video I was in awe of how much Korra endured but lived to stand strong on her own as an independent woman. The lesson I learned is that it is better to be alone than to be abused. Thank you Korra; you provided a message of hope to all women in abusive situations.

Verbal abuse is almost as bad as physical abuse. Verbal abuse can go on for years with no one knowing. Totally destroying a person. Relationships are difficult, but when they become "toxic," it's best to separate. I was in a toxic relationship, and although I wanted to stay for my children; it was so much better when I left... even when struggling financially.
Find yourself and know that loving yourself first is the only way you can give love in return.

I know how she feel i marred wan i was 18 and and had my first child and he was physically mental and very abusive then when I had my third child he was threatened to kill me so my daughter went to the school and told thank God for her any threatened me in front of my kids that's why I'm not with him today it said my kids had to go through it through it with me through it would me I've been an abusive relationship for 10 years

Is this really what she went through in her own life, or is it just a good story for a song? I know she's recently divorced, but I've seen no evidence that he was "toxic." In fact, every time I saw him in her live videos, she seemed way more interested in attention from viewers than she did in her family.
I will forever be grateful to Korra, because it was through her Facebook page that I met my wife and mother of my child. However, my respect for Korra is slowly disappearing. Should a wife and mother, especially an Igbo woman, be performing seductive dances while half naked on social media? Respect yourself and respect your husband. What would the village elders think? I hope she didn't just use her ex husband to move her career forward... but to be honest... those are the vibes I get.

Took me back to my first husband the pain and abuse I endure. Theory way It stopped he got sick and had a heart attack at 38 and I was 31. Never visited his grave but I'm still trying to forgive. This video is for so many women, thank you great job Love it.
