What would you recommend for getting high fiber into your diet after facelift surgery?

Great question, avocados, quinoa, pears, oats, split pea soup, lentils, carrot soup, raspberries, and applesauce! Applesauce will also help with the sore throat you can get if your surgeon used general anesthesia. Happy healing!

Hi I had a breast reduction and two weeks post . I noticed one breast is draining and one Stitch open and a fine hole is there. I put bacitracin and keep it clean . I put pads on the wood and will see trace of discharge no smell but lily toe dark old blood .
