NEcology #85 - The Regal "Royal Ferns"

Apologies for the late upload! In This video I cover all three species in the "Royal Fern" family, Usmundaceae. This lineage represents the oldest extant lineage of so-called Leptosporangiate ferns which represent the vast majority of ferns familiar to the layperson and allow for a great discussion of fern anatomy and taxonomy.
