Criminal Trespass is a crime. The suspect was on the property after hours, therefore he was trespassing and the officer had probable cause to stop and identify him.

    • @Juan_Doooh
      @Juan_Doooh 6 дней назад +2

The parking lot is part of the property, its not a separate piece of property. True not worth ones life, the suspect made that decision on his own when he produced a firearm and fired on the officers.
The initial contact was to identify and advise him to leave the property because it was closed to the public at that time.
His actions forced police to escalate the use of force when he decided not to comply and produce a weapon and open fire on the officers resulting in the loss of his life.
The officers were justified in their actions as soon as that weapon came out. That act alone will justify lethal force all day, every day. Police are trained to neutralize the threat, and that’s exactly what they did.

If the park was not actually closed at the time of the initial encounter, then there was no reason for the interaction. You do not need to provide ID to a law enforcement officer unless they witness you committing a crime, or you are reasonably believed to have committed a crime (ie. You match a suspect description). Next time you see a construction worker, just realize they have a much higher fatality rate. Law enforcement is a dangerous job. I understand they have to use force in order to keep fatalities down. It's a war out there. Just like it's a war for regular people to build extraordinary things safely!!! It takes much skill to survive as a trade worker. You always have to be aware 12 hours a day ZERO AIR CONDITIONING. 🫡 Machines malfunction, physics is at play, fire, electrical, structural dangers. Heavy lifting, body wear and tear. Projectiles high velocity blades, hazards everywhere you look at a construction site.

The headline should read, sovereign citizen shot and killed.
The way the news frames this is misleading.
If you guys cared to do some research you would recognize what being a sovereign citizen really means. To say that it just means laws don’t apply is disingenuous and ignorant.
In reality this is what likely happened..
Guy has his rights and is exercising them. Cop starts barking orders, guy refuses to waive any rights… cops threaten him, then when they start to endanger him, he tries to protect himself.. ending up in a shootout where the cops kill him.. for what? For not complying.
Cops think they understand law and they don’t. They are trained to enforce statutes which are codified..
when legislation is in conflict with Constitutional rights, it has no power to enforce and has no withstanding. Court rooms later determine if it is a legal statute or not.. in the meantime, cops enforce them and even if they are unconstitutional.. which means that basically cops are raping people of their rights because the statute or statutes although erroneous and lawful, have not been proven challenged and proven in court that they are unlawful.
So basically, when cops do what they think is right.., because of their ignorance, they are injuring others rights and endangering their lives… this is why our system is so wishywashy and why we have so many legal disputes end in a death.
In media eyes, the cops are always right until proven otherwise. When in fact, the opposite is legally true (you are not guilty until found guilty). It doesn’t really matter when you abuse your power and then kill someone for standing their grounds.
It’s normally about equity… money.. cops want it and they are armed when they approach you. God knows what really happened, I just hope suckers don’t just believe the 1 side that the news portrays.

This way they can get away with murdering people that have not committed any crime and can make up the crime as they escalate the situation. People who commit felonies are subject to arrest at any time, by any one.
A car in a public park after "closing" is maybe a trespass at the most. The cop wanted to ID the person to see if they're wanted for anything else, and to get them talking to see if they would admit to anything else that can be cited for--and thus make the municipality more money.
What should have happened was the cop should have walked up and said, "hey, this park is closed; you should not be here. I need you to leave now, or I will have to cite you for trespassing."
But because cops like to power trip--female cops especially--she demanded his Identification, which she had no reason for at that point in time.

So when it is being tossed out of court and violated wantonly by those sworn to protect it. It is no small thing. It is treason. There is a reason for the oath, so that it would be a crime to break it. Wake up, Americans, we are in a police state. They create new laws to steal your money, which is your property. This was not a traffic stop, and I would also bet that the fellow was not a professional driver paid to transport people and/or property for some other legal entity.
Being in a vehicle does not constitute being "in traffic", nor does it constitute "a traffic stop" when a policy-enforcement agent wants to inquire who you are or what you are doing there.

The police were not responding to a call. They were not chasing this person. They did not pull this vehicle over. They never accused the man of a crime. There were no laws here that did or did not apply to him. The only ones who did anything wrong were the police.
They had no legal authority in the situation and were actively engaged in violating the man's fourth amendment rights when he shot them. The officers need to be arrested and charged.
