I love your videos. They're so easy to follow and I have always loved beads. With your tutorials I have been able to create beautiful jewelry. Thank you.
Jill you are by far one of my most favorite people to watch on RUclips when it comes to beading. You explain everything so clearly and you use sooo many words that I do in every day life that I thought only I say. Thank you so much for taking the time to do these instructional videos. I have given tubular herringbone a try one or twice before, but it never looks right. The way you explained it in this video it all kind of just fell into place and made sense. You are awesome. Keep up the amazing videos. I look forward to the future videos you come up with =)
I'm kind of at intermediate level in beading, but never made tubular herringbone, that's why I'm watching this 2014 video, but I have to say that I've seen many of your tutorials and I just love the way you explain the stitches, so clearly that I can actually make the projects. I had been trying for a long time to learn how to make russian leaves and was never able to understand the steps until I saw your video. Now I have a pair of beautiful russian leaves earrings in metallic bronze and everybody wants them. Thank you Ms. Wiseman for your great videos.
I love your videos. You make everything look so simple. I have struggled with instructions in books and magazines, but one view of your video and it all makes sense. Thanks so much.
I'm a little late to comment here. I enjoy watching your videos. You took away my fear of trying new stitches, such as the herringbone by way of your explanations and step by step instructions. Thank you for all your tutorials
Thank you for all your videos. I am the same way, I Love it all! I have learned how to do so much from you, I am externally grateful. Thank you thank you thank you!
Thank you so much for your videos. They are clear, concise, and enjoyable. I'm a beginner who struggled with the ladder stitch as I was trying to progress to tubular and spiral tubular herringbone (without mastering flat herringbone) and your entire video was just what I needed.
I have been beading for quite some time, but have never done the tubular herringbone. I tried for days to make a necklace from a book and just could not understand the instructions. I watched your video and breezed right thru it. You are easy to understand and your voice is clear and pleasant to listen to. I have subscribed to your you tube channel. Thank you for making these videos.
Great tutorial - demo and explanation. And you're always in-frame! So many tuts I've watched keep moving out of frame and the camera isn't close enough to the work to really see what's going on. Not you! You're an awesome RUclipsr! Thanks so much!
Also, I have passed your info to several of my friends because I believe you are one of the easiest instructors to follow. Thank you so much! I am a beginner and am so thankful I found you!!!!
I'm loving your tutorials and have just bought your book. Thanks very much for your easy to understand instructions and inspiration. Laney in Leicestershire. UK
Jill - you are the best! And I love watching you bead. So graceful!!! Question: I am left handed. Should I go around counter clockwise or doesn't it matter?
I have been lucky enough to find a spot that has 32 of your wonderful video's in one place! Unfortunately They seem to start with your last video first and your first one last! I am watching and it keeps saying to go to a different one and that is a big bummer for me because I'm afraid I will lose my spot here! But I love them all thanks so very much
Hi, Jill. Thank you very much for your great lessons. Can you please show how to add thread if it's too short for tubular herringbone stitch? Thanks again and best wishes

Jill, just to be sure then you don't stitch the columns along the way but at the end of the project? Don't they flap about in an open way? I'm a novice as beadweaving so please forgive my ignorance ;) Sue xx
Hello Jill!! I've been trying to make your herringbone stitch but mine keeps twisting. The beads are not nice and strait like yours. Would you please help me with that?

Can you do it with five instead of six, if tried but it doesn't really work out.. Thanks

I have this same question. I love your work. You are a true artist.

Hello Jill!! I've been trying to make your herringbone stitch but mine keeps twisting. The beads are not nice and strait like yours. Would you please help me with that?
+Sheryl Jaramillo You are probably missing the step up at the end of each row. If you omit the step up, it turns into spiral herringbone.
+Jill Wiseman Thank you, Jill that solved my problem. I love your videos. Thank you!!
hello! does anything change if i use triangel beads?
It looks extra cool! That's what I did in my Slinky Herringbone video here: ruclips.net/video/AoUIujA39Is/видео.html
How do you do the first step, please? Ladder stitch.
+hynotic listener I have a video showing that: ruclips.net/video/ffyfzB1U9Yo/видео.html
