EXPEDITION PANEL: How-to Repair Damage

With a Globe Trekker panel, it will take quite a blow to damage it. With the very strong aluminum corner frame extrusions, double glue pockets both inside and out, and full 1/2" laminates in our 2.5" thick R-15.5 panels, the risk of damage compared to other manufactured panels is highly reduced. However, if you do manage to puncture or damage the panel, simple knowledge of fiberglass repair is all you need to completely fix most penetrations.
Refer to the terms and conditions document located on the company website for any safety information in regards to operating vehicles with habitats attached, the use of the stairs/ladder, and other components that if used improperly or assemble incorrectly, could use sever injury of death. Habitats are required to have a carbon monoxide and a smoke/fire detector that are supplied and installed at the owners expense. Preventative maintenance of the systems purchased from Globe Trekker are the sole responsibility of the owner of the habitat. (See website URL below.)
