@chriswest2290 no problem. I used to record in 60, but I found i rarely slow down footage, and I like the smooth image more than sharp. But even that you can overdo. So I use a base setting, (4k/30) and then depending on the light outside, I adjust the shutter and ISO. Hope that helps! Good nd filter is key also. The gopro i used to use overheated as well at 4k/60. Even with the highest bitrate
